Your Party

Useful info for your upcoming party

For Karting Parties please ensure you and your guests arrive 45 minutes before your booking time.

For Laser Parties please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.

We need this time to conduct safety briefings and ensure waivers are completed. To help ensure your party runs on time, it’s best to complete all karting waivers in advance to save time on the day. A link to the waiver is in your booking confirmation email.

If you have a party room included in your package, we ask that all guests are collected 1.5hrs after the booking time. If no party room is booked then please ensure collection 30 minutes after booking time

Example 1

You have booked a Karting party at Maidenhead at 12pm:

– Arrive at 11.15am for waiver checks and safety briefing

– Karting will take place at 12.00 – 12.30

– Access to party room at 12.30 – 1.15 if you have purchased food from us

– Please arrange for collection at 1.15pm

Example 2

You have booked a  Karting party at Bristol at 4pm:

– Arrive at 3.15pm for waiver checks and safety briefing

– Karting will take place at 4.00 – 4.30

– Access to party room at 4.30 – 5.15 if you have purchased food from us

– Please arrange for collection at 5.15pm

We do not allow hot food and drinks to be brought from outside unless this is an allergy requirement. You can bring your own crisps and fizzy drinks to consume in the party room only but we ask that you let our staff know you are doing this upon arrival. We provide squash, water, plates, and napkins with the party room

We also provide tasty Pizzas as an optional extra (adding these gets you a party room included). If you have not already ordered these when you booked, don’t worry! Just reply to the booking confirmation email to let us know how many you want to purchase.

You can bring your own cake if you have a party room booked. Please bring a knife to cut the cake as we are unable to give these out but we may have a cake slicer to hand.

We ask that karting waivers are completed by the parents/guardians of each child before arrival. If this is not done then an organising parent can complete this on behalf of any child they are responsible for on the day

A link to the waiver is included in the booking confirmation.

Laser parties do not require waivers to be completed

Our Pizzas are 12 inches, and each pizza will usually serves 2 children. They come in 3 flavours – Cheese & Tomato, Pepperoni, and Chicken & Bacon.

If you require additional pizzas or didn’t include in your initial booking, just reply to the booking confirmation email to let us know how many you want to purchase.

You can brink your own free-standing decorations and balloons, but please do not bring anything to go up on the walls as adhesives such as blue tack and sellotape cause damage.

Please do not bring any party poppers or confetti canons, as we ask that all decorations (including confetti and silly string) are taken away with you to ensure the room is clear for others.

We require at least one parent or guardian to stay on site. There are amazing track-side viewing locations for karting parties, and a lot of parents and guardians love seeing the kids race around track.

Laser party viewing is limited, but we can serve hot drinks and snacks while you wait.

At our Maidenhead venue you can add laser tag to your booking to make your party even better! Just reply to the confirmation email requesting the add-on so we can arrange this for you.

We will give party guests a jumpsuit and helmet to wear while racing, so wear something that will be comfortable under those. Long hair will need to be tied up, and all scarves, sashes and jewellery removed. Comfortable shoes are a must – trainers are perfect. You will not be allowed on the track if you are wearing heels, flip flops, sliders, or any open toed shoes.

You will need to wear a balaclava and suitable gloves with grip, which we can supply for a small cost if you have not included this in your party booking. You are welcome to bring your own race wear and balaclava, which are subject to approval by our marshals.

Very much so – but only if drivers follow the rules! Before heading out onto the track, every driver must take part in a safety briefing. If these rules are followed, you will have a perfectly safe and massively fun time.

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to leave a gap in the visor on the helmet to avoid misting. As we’re indoor karting venues, we don’t recommend sunglasses or reactive lenses as these can hamper visibility.

While we run dedicated family sessions for children and accompanying adults to race together, adults are not permitted to drive in party bookings (these are held on our top track for cadets)
